Steel grid panels are commonly used in industry, construction and public areas, and their main functions include:
Anti-slip and drainage: The open hole design of the steel grid helps to drain water and prevent water accumulation and slip accidents. They are commonly used on platforms, steps, walking paths and work areas to provide a reliable non-slip surface.
Bearing and support: Due to the strong structure and high strength of steel grids, they can be used to carry and support heavy equipment, cargo, vehicles and pedestrians. They are commonly used in places such as industrial facilities, Bridges, docks and cargo warehouses.
Ventilation and light transmission: The open hole design of the steel grid can promote air circulation and natural lighting, suitable for environments requiring good ventilation and perspective, such as basements, garages and computer rooms.
Security fence: Steel grids can be used to make security fences and fences to define areas, control access and provide security.
Packing details:
1. stick the label on each grating, the panel number will be marked on the label.
2. insert the steel bracket through the gratings from bottom to the top to fix the package. if the grating panel's size is less than 1500mm*1000mm, 4 pcs steel brackets per package. if more than 1500mm*1000mm, the steel brackets will be added accordingly.
3. bundle the gratings with the PVC tape.
4.Attach a thermoplastic tag to each package. Accordingly to th tag, our clients can find each panel easily and swiftly.
5. wrap the gratings with plastic films.
